Week 1 - 1st run

Well I wouldn't call it running more of a slow jog - but i completed it and will be back on Sunday for more - I'm joining ww tomorrow morning so hopefully I'm going to combine the 2 - 200 calories burnt this morning makes michelle a happy little bunny! I only burnt 250 calories doing zumba for 3/4 hour and I preferred the fresh air if the weather is bad I will go to the gym and use my membership there!

The ap is great. I have just finished week 4 and also combine this with WW which is also fantastic!!

You'll be fine and you will be so proud of yourself once you have completed a few runs and you see and feel the improvements.
