Little Set Back

Post by Dawn »

So I am finaally ok to run again after two weeks of chest infection! Going out again tomorrow morning....don't know how far back to go! Guess I will see how I get on! Any thoughts anyone? What I am glad about is that I haven't liked not being able to run...good sign...i hope :)

Take it easy, and don't be disheartened if it's tough :-) I should think you'll find it somewhat harder as you'll not be getting air in to your lungs so easily as you're used to. Give it your best shot, and you'll be back to full strength in no time.

Thanks again for the advice. I decided to do W1D1 and follow it with w2D1 then finish with a ten min run because I felt ok by then. That is another great thing about this app - you can do a sort of mix and match.... I honestly will be lost when I don't have a prompter!!!! :)

Loved it today again, great to be back :) lol

Wow, so in the end, you did about an hour and a half of exercise! :-)
