Can't believe I'm nearly on the last week!

Congratulations You're a couple of runs ahead of me (did week 7 run 1 this morning). Will seem a little sad to finish this programme, it really has been life changing for me. In the absence of anything from the wonderful get running folks I will likely move on to Bridge to 10K.

The reviews for bridge to 10k aren't great though.
Just done last 28min run can't wait til next week!
