I just started, tomorrow I have my 3rd run of week 1. I feel better, but do your knees ever stop hurting when you bind down and get up? I'm okay walking but when I bind down it's hard to get up. Am I just being a baby? Need advice, thx. Amy

It could be a few things. Muscle fatigue, lack of strength, stuff like that. Are you used to running and moderate exercise? I'm thinking it's muscle fatigue. Do your legs feel heavy at all when you walk? I know that when I have trouble getting up from a squat it's either muscle weakness, or my knees (I've had ACL surgery) are having an issue.
