Oohh my days!!!!! Today I completed week 2 day 1 and I found it really tough! That extra 30 seconds on the run was a killer for me! Has anybody else found that progression onto week 2 difficult too? Next run is on Sunday and I'm already getting negative thoughts of not being able to finish day 2!

today I was wheezing a tadge too - I am quite unfit and about 70lbs over weight. I loved week one.....felt very proud to have enjoyed it and completed it! But today has knocked me dandy a bit. Anyone else get like this? :0/

Hi, well done on completing week 1..! Week 2 for me also seemed quite difficult but I just concentrated on my breathing, slowed my pace a little and I did it.! Stick with it your doing really well. I have just started week 4 and I can honestly say that when I was on wk2 I never dreamed I'd get this far, but I'm loving it. Good luck, you can do it.!

Aw that's encouraging to hear .... It's reassuring to know that I'm not the only one lol! After reading yr reply, on reflection I think I did 'up the pace' a bit - so I'll take your tip and slow it a tadge! And well done you hitting week 4!! I will get there I'm sure

jeezzzzz I love this app and the support and encouragement it gives! Good luck on completing! :0)

When you start out, it's more important to finish the time intervals, not distance. Later on in the program you can start upping your pace to cover more ground in the time allotted.

My advice is slow down to a real slow pace you can maintain for those minutes/minute.
See how it goes
