Week 2 run 1 - Motivation

Hello fellow runners!

I just started week 2 yesterday and to be honest I was dreading it!, Week one really knackered me out and I found it very difficult to run for even the 60 seconds, so week two dawned on me and I plucked up the courage, put on my shoes at got out there, thinking the worst.
But actually, I found it easier than week 1! Maybe becuase I didn't smoke that day, or becuase I made a conscious effort to go really slowly but I still managed to complete it (which i only managed to do once with the week 1 runs)

So this is just a message to say don't quit! I have a track record of quitting everything I do, instruments, quitting quitting smoking, exercise, literally anything, and i'm really going to try my hardest not to quit this too!

Oh you've made me feel better! I'm due to start week 2 run 1 tomorrow and dreading it. Mind you I usually end up walking alot further after the app. Ive made a route along country fields! I find that on my first run I could run longer that the minute but by the middle I couldn't! But then again there is hills where I run.. Maybe I should plan the hills first!!
