Heart Rate %

Hello , What is the most efficient heart rate % for the best results of this program?

Hi Sean,

I've not looked in to heart rate in any detail, but from what I understand, an appropriate heart rate depends on what you are trying to achieve and your own physiology. There is a page here that will help you work out different training zones for yourself and tells you what training in those zones will do.

Get Running's intention is to help you to enjoy running and being physically active, with a goal of being able to sustain elevated physical exertion in the form of running or jogging for thirty minutes. It sounds like you would like to set additional intentions for your training above and beyond this. Get Running isn't able to help here, although you might get help on this forum from others with similar desires. I think you will definitely be able to find a lot of advice with a search on Google though, or reading some books on health training.
