OMG.. Week 5 completed

I did it.. I was very nervous about week 5 run 2 ( 8mins x 2) let alone week 5 run 3 (20min no walking) but I did it YAY! now I feel like I can do any length run with the right training when I have completed this programme would love to have a go at a 10k programme. I have never been able to run before and now I can I LOVE this running programme its very addictive
Something I have found very helpful with my runs is while I am doing my 5 min warm up walk I do a few really deep breaths and when running especially the 'big runs' i take it really slow and I hope the speed will come later lol
