Very tight ankle

Hi,my name is lee and I'm new to this site and
Also new to the thought of running and just need
Some advise if that's ok.
Before I start the app I thought I would do at least
20 minutes fast walking every day for a week,
The problem is on only day 3 of walking my ankle
On my left foot at the front is getting so tight that
I have to stop.I'm gutted because I feel it will stop me.
I havnt even started to jog yet.help !!!! Lol
