I did my first run today I have never ran a day in my life!
Very motivating and I feel great after in fact the back pain I was having is gone after one run
I really need to stick with this

Any suggestions on an arm band or such for running w I phone 4?
My husband says running will be hard on my knees and joints anything i can do to minimize this?

Yes an arm band is a good idea. I just got mine from eBay. Well done on your first run ! Great app. I completed it a couple of months ago.

Welcome, mum2twinz. And especially well done considering your 2 little ones! It's a really good idea to have an armband. I got a cheapy from eBay. Cost me around £3 and has been great. Make sure you get one where you are able to use the touch screen through the cover. And watch out as some of them have armbands which are too loose for thinner arms.
Enjoy the app. I've really got a huge sense of satisfaction out of it. And before this I was a long-term exercise avoider! Keep posting ...
