Back running but off programme

Hi,
I just did a 15 min run today. My first run in a week. I should be starting week 9 but it's going to have to wait. I did the Dublin City Marathon last Monday and it took it's toll! While I managed to finish in 6 hours, I don't recommend doing it without more than 8 weeks training! It got really wet for the last few hours so I had worse blisters than I have ever experienced before. My muscles really felt it too. I think I ran about 40 minutes in total.
It has been really frustrating not being able to run for a week while I healed, and even then, the 15 mins felt like about as far as I was comfortable pushing myself. My right knee is a little iffy still.
Really looking forward to getting back to the programme. I think I'll start week 9 on Saturday, but not if I don't feel up to it.
