week 6 run 3 ... the big 25 run

hi all am a well happy lady to day not only am i a non smoker 2 months now but also done the 25 min run

I found it ok but I thought my breathing was a bit all over the place .... think i was thinking about it too much but did it till the end yipeee !!!

Well done on both fronts! Quitting smoking and running for 25 minutes are two amazing accomplishments!

ah thx yikesmn am well trilled

did another twenty five today so that would be 3 runs ina row + a lot of gym action too so the legs are hanging off me lol so a big rest tomorrow

I was miffed today that I just couldn't run past 35 min., when earlier this week I did 44 min. ( It was w9r1, but for some reason I was just feeling great after the 30 min. and decided to keep going. I may have overdone it a bit

) My partner gently reminded me that only 2 months ago, I could barely do 3, 5 minute runs. It feels unreal.

woo thats really good well done

we all get the bad ones like me today head phones falling out ... dropping my iphone ... just every thing went wrong so will redo that one ....but it is mad to think we never ran a few weeks ago lol ... i say start as you mean to go on keep the standards high even on the bad days
