Week 7

Just run run 1 week 7 , felt very tired today at the end think my whole preparation for today's run wasn't what it usually is , plus I probably started off a bit to quick on the plus side I improved my distance on last run of 25 mins covering 2.8 miles , I'm going to do run 2 at the gym on Monday just for a change of scenery then back to the roads for run 3 on Wednesday .

nice one carlos :D i do all my runs in the gym which one do you find harder ?? and what speed you do one the treadmil i am new too all speed and stuff so trying to get some insight .... keep up the good work .. mel

Week 7 now completed with no real problem , I did run 2 at the gym on Monday and run 3 I did today as normal outdoors , both workouts went really well , I'm got an improvement in distance each day and ended week 7's 25min runs just short of the 5k . Week 8 starts on Saturday for me and I will be really disappointed if I don't cover 5k during the 28min runs , one more thing ive only 2 more weeks to go on the programme and where I think I've come from on week 1 it really shows you what can be done , also I'm getting a feeling like I'm about to leave school and go to the bigger school now I'm coming to the end lol, but I'll keep popping on the forum to see how were all going on , so week 8 Sat for me , can't wait !!!!!!
