My first 5k race today
Did my 1st 5k race today in a time of 26mins 19 secs was well pleased with that , was well down the field of runners but I certainly wasn't last , just took my time and built on it from there now I've done my 1st race hopefully I can build on it for next time , set myself a target of 27mins so I can sleep well tonight lol
