Socks
What socks are u using? I'm on week 6 and have just using whatever I had ( probably from sams). Anyway my socks are soaked when I'm done . Any recommendations?? Thanks

I've been using sports socks from M&S (I am not sure where you're based?) but a friend has recommended Smart Wool socks to me as they wick moisture away! Hope that helps!
