Loving the Get Running App

Just done Week 3, Run 1 today and feeling so motivated - I have followed instructions to the letter and I cant wait to be running 30mins (way too slow runner for 5k in that time, but will build up after I've got to 30 mins). My legs feel like they're on fire while I'm running, but the sense of satisfaction when I've finished is what I look forward to and enjoy when I get there. I'm mixing up with 5k power walks on the other days to increase stamina as well. It's hard but nothing worth achieving was ever easy eh? Listening to AC/DC helps with the motivation too! Had I not purchased a new iphone in November I wouldnt be running now as I didnt even know what an 'app' was before that! Will post progress as weeks go on, but really just wanted to say that I think the App is really good and keeping me focused. Thanks Guys!
