Week 3 - Run 2

Hello fellow runners!!

I've just compeleted Run 2 on week 3 and i feel great for it!

I'm 5'1 just under 9 stone, i dont eat a great deal and i hope with this app and with eating well (ish) i get to lose at least a stone, (no more.)
I've noticed already that i have lost some weight and i've toned up a little on my legs and stomach which was is my problem areas! I love my curves but they needed trimming! ;-) And this has all happened and im only on week 3!

Its a confidence boost so I won't be giving up! And SUMMER is coming and i want to look and feel fit!

I feel gret after every run, and i hate having rest days! But yes i knowthey are there for a reason!

Will keep you all posted! Please comment as i would like to hear of other stories about weight loss and fitness!

Hi Sabrina, I'm about to run my W3R3 and It's just amazing how well this programe works. I have lost about 5lbs ( don't know what that would be in stone :D ) and can definitely see changes in my body. Like everyone else before us I'm dreading the W5 20min run, but seems like they all have gotten through it and so will we. Keep it up and keep us posted on your progress.
