What do you do on your days off?

Just starting out with Get Running? Chat about the basics of running, what clothes to wear, where to run... anything you like!

I usually do strength exercises and yoga.

I haven't been doing anything in my days off. I thought I'd try to get a bit further on the runs before I go all out. I also feel like I need the rest and I worry if I go too far too soon I'll run out of energy. I'll see how I feel on week 5! :-)

I walk and have a trainer once a week. Iat work I have a gym. Sometimes hot yoga.
