Absolutely! I regularly give up sugar as I get completely addicted to it - decided after ploughing my way though a Lindt bunny in record time that I'd better quit again as of today (Monday). Damn house is full of chocolate and cake so it won't be easy...

A treat every once in a while is fine! No regrets here!
