Week 5 help!

Hi
Feeling proud that I have got this far and love the app! However confidence has dropped when I have noticed the huge leap from running 5 minutes to 20 minutes in the same week. I can't imagine doing this and don't want to give up on it if I fail. My first reaction was are you having a laugh? ! Any tips on making the leap? Due to run it Sat. Thanks

Take it five minutes at a time: don't think about all the time you still have left to run. And remember, in week five, you have already run for 15 and 16 minutes, so even though it seems like a lot, 20 minutes isn't really that big a leap. You can do it!

Thanks for your advice. I just have to get used to not having a rest in between as I usually need them! Sat here I come :D
