I feel GREAT!! I love this app! The run was fine.. the first 5 min felt a little rough and I was hyper aware of aches in my legs but by the second one I felt in control and just knew I was going to finish strong. Hi Benjohn and Tim Thanks for the advice. I like the idea of repeating a week instead of giving in so my plan today is to attempt the 5 min bit and if it's too difficult I can stop after 4 min.
