I had that too until I started to change my technique. I started putting more weight on the balls of my feet and also decreasing the height of my steps (to put less bounce in my run). That helped me a lot.

I really thank the makers of this app. I currently am rounding out week 5 and life can't be better. I started the year at 252 lbs and could barely run a minute. This app really helped me keep up with my new year's resolution to go back to the 160 lbs I used to be. After eating healthier I'm proud to...
