Thank you Get Running!
I really thank the makers of this app. I currently am rounding out week 5 and life can't be better. I started the year at 252 lbs and could barely run a minute. This app really helped me keep up with my new year's resolution to go back to the 160 lbs I used to be. After eating healthier I'm proud to say that I've gone down to 229 lbs and am getting better at running and hope to run a 5k in April.

You've made brilliant progress! Remember Get Running is just holding your hand though – you've lost that weight and run those miles yourself. Keep running and you'll keep loosing weight, increase your distance, and find you're enjoying exercise and health more and more

I totally agree. I had gotten into a habit of a bit too much boozing and smoking all week and generally unhealthy. I am now week 5run 3 and have not smoked more then 1 cig in 6 weeks(I was on 10 a day) I'm very proud of myself and am so much happier.thank you so much for this brilliant app..I look forward to my runs now not a drink & cig!
