Well who would of thought it; 5 weeks ago i couldnt run for toffee; and here i am running for 20 minutes none stop. Weight gain
I weighed myself today iam on week 5 run 2 i have gained six pounds in weight since starting.... Not happy i thought i would lose weight not gain it, iam eating sensibly and cyxling 8 miles a day on top of the running to get too and from work... Whats going on?

Thanks for your support Ian, yes i agree the rest days are just as important as the running. I manged to kick the smoking with the help of patches and a mouth spray, its amazing being able to breath and smell and taste food properly and not have the stigma of being a smoker. Hi catherine many thanks for your support, i did go to a specialist running shop, he watched how i walked in bare feet and recommended a number of trainers for my style as a over pronater i needed a suppport type running shoe.
