Thanks starknut. I just started week two/day 4 running in my vibrams. Starting to feel slight shin splints, but rest should help. Can't wait to run again tomorrow:)!!

Nothing to be ashamed of! You may need to take supplements to help with soreness. It's normal for your body to feel a little beat up. In time, it will be easier:). Hang in there!

Day 1

Today was day one. I ran on a treadmill. My walk speed was 4, run at 6 speed. Halfway through I had to slow down my walk/run to 3&5.5. I finished my last run at 6:). I have sciatica so I was hurting a bit. Nothing that the chiro can't fix. To be honest, I hate running, but I want to overcome it....
