I've got W4R2 tonight (hopefully). The last 5 minute run I found tough. But keep focused, put one foot infront of the other and you'll get there! Good luck!

Well done I just got to Week 4 and really didn't see myself getting that far, aslong as you keep putting one foot in front of the other you will get there, this app is great! Keep running!

W4R1 Done!
Just finished Week 4 Run 1 and very happy! Running for 5 minutes straight seemed like some sort of sick joke before I started using this programme, started to flag towards the end of the last 5 minute run, but my iPod decided to play Eye of the Tiger and that got me through to the end :lol: Who else...
