First run!!!!
Well I have survived my first run, my 7 year old son joined me in his bike which worked well!! See if he is as keen on the next run! But just wanted to say really, I've never ran before and really hoping I can continue and get alot out of it.

Well done! I'm attempting my first run tomorrow evening with my kids alongside me and 2 rather fast greyhounds!

Well done I just got to Week 4 and really didn't see myself getting that far, aslong as you keep putting one foot in front of the other you will get there, this app is great! Keep running!
