You can do it! I just did w7 r1 this morning. This way the heat wasn't too bad. Easier for me to say this week as don't need to rush out the door to work this week, so next week won't find it so easy if the heat still here. But water and pace. Well done though you know you will achieve it next time.

Honestly I was exactly where you all were a few weeks ago! Enjoying my two day break now but actually excited by week 6!! This is purely stemming from cruelly being able to do this, and if I can you can. Good luck everyone. X

Well a few weeks ago I started dreading minute runs! Then I enjoyed those and dreaded 3 mins runs, then 5 then 8 but never ever did I think by downloading this app that I could better myself and run 20 mins without stopping cross country in the mud pit of the UK ( crap summer) and finish it without ...

I just had the same experience. W5r1 I found easy, r2 I managed the first 8 mins but second one I managed 6 mins before I ended up walking! So annoyed as this is my first set back. Really wondering how I will do 20 mins in one go! :(

Just completed w4r2!! Can't believe how much easier it was compared to last time that I foud the energy to do a workout DVD after!! So presum i shall feel like death tomorrow at work!! This time 4 weeks ago I didn't think I would get past week2!! Good luck all

I did it!! Can't beleive I ran 3 mins twice! Don't get me wrong I was thinking omg I am beer going to do this! Then each time I surprised myself and completed it, in fact when I had finished and I was walking the last 5 mins I was ready to run again!! Let's see how I go Tuesday. Good luck all x

Hi, just joined so a bit new but start my week 3 run 1 on Sunday. Just like you really nervous about completing 3 mins. I walk fast and just completed a walk for charity at 20 miles, but I am always a fast walker! Want to be able to run, so set myself this mission. Good luck let me know how your doi...
