I'm fairly sure I've been suffering from a cold this week, but when I finish my run I feel so much better. Then after an hour I feel a bit chesty again. I don't know, I've always been told to rest with a cold because your body needs to repair, but I always feel better after the run :?: But the cold ...

So,it's Monday an I've just finished the 2nd run of week 2, I weighed myself before my first run and weighed in at 201.2 pounds, granted I was wearing running gear, but before my 1st run of second week I weighed in at 196 pounds, again grantec this time ai'd just climbed out of bed so I was extremel...

I finished the first week on Thursday, so now I'm thinking about week 2. I'm supposed to leave the 2nd week until tomorrow, but I'm going to do the run today. Purely because myself, my wife and children are going out tomorrow. Will I suffer for this sudden bought of enthusiasm? I'll let you all know...

Second run now done, weird thing though the minute and a half walks seemed to take less time in my mind than the runs, but I feel brilliant this morning, no pain at all, the stretching and cooling down 5 minutes are key. Hi Eema2 Went extremely well, I just took it easy and my legs were a bit stiff the next morning, but I did stretch after my run so I think the legs could have been a lot worse.
