I'm fairly sure I've been suffering from a cold this week, but when I finish my run I feel so much better. Then after an hour I feel a bit chesty again.
I don't know, I've always been told to rest with a cold because your body needs to repair, but I always feel better after the run
But the cold hasn't fully caught so I'll keep on running.
I'll stick with the program and have my 2 days break though and then onto week 3
