Hey there!!!

Well done in getting off the couch!!!

I am just starting week eight having been just like you. It won't be easy getting through the programme but you CAN do it!! Always believe in yourself and you will do what you gotta do!!

Looking forward to seeing your progress!!

Re: Struggled with W1R1

Hiya Just want to say well done on starting the programme!!! I struggled with week 1 and my running was all over the place. Am now on week 5 (the one with the dreaded 20 min run at the end!!) and I struggled with every run so far. I've finally found my pace and it's more like a hybrid jog/galumping ...

Re: First run done

I'm the wife!!! And I thoroughly recommend running with your partner. It's very helpful to compare notes and spur each other on! We r at the end of week 4 and doing very well. I'm not saying it gets easier but you do get thru it!!! Keep going and soon you'll be week 4 too. And hopefully together!! Dxx

W1R1 done!!!!'

Never thought I could do this first one - but I did!!! I dragged my 16 stone fat ass down to the track and did it! I'm so proud of myself!!! Looking forward to W1R2 now. Started cycling just 3 weeks ago and and well pleased with myself!!!
