First run done
Ran with my wife on our first run. Was ok but am not looking forward to the next one!

Congrats to you and yours! I hope you stick with it as it is quite rewarding. 
My husband has been a runner for years (he is my inspiration) and he will run with me in my first 5k in September. I just did w3r1 today and I am looking forward to my next one.

I just finished the first run and as soon as I was finished I called my husband at work and told him that he is starting w1r1 as soon as he gets home so we can do the second together!! I feel like we can help motivate eachother! Good luck to you and your wife and let's hope we all finish with success.

I'm the wife!!! And I thoroughly recommend running with your partner. It's very helpful to compare notes and spur each other on! We r at the end of week 4 and doing very well. I'm not saying it gets easier but you do get thru it!!!
Keep going and soon you'll be week 4 too. And hopefully together!!
