Just a quick update on how i am progressing, I have just done Week 4 Run 1 this morning in the gym, found it a bit tough but i did it, I do the run 1st and then go on to my other workouts, my knee is feeling alot better since i have been doing muscle strengthening, I will finish the final ...

Well week 1 run 2 over and done with, run 3 is on Sunday. :D
