Just a quick update on how i am progressing, I have just done Week 4 Run 1 this morning in the gym, found it a bit tough but i did it, I do the run 1st and then go on to my other workouts, my knee is feeling alot better since i have been doing muscle strengthening, I will finish the final Week 4 Run 3 this Sunday my birthday when i will be 58

Any way good luck to all those who are just starting and well done to those who have got to the final week, lets hope that i can get there as well
