Re: Distance run in 30 minutes
Nice running people! I am more a tortoise than a hare. Just did 3 miles in 36:21. Like Clair says.. slow down if you have to but do not stop running!

I just ran my 1st 5K on my own with my dogs. Not as impressive but got it done in 36:21.

Thanks!
Goal 1. Run for 5k.
Goal 2. Run 5k in under 40 min, then 35 min then 30 min!
Goal 3 Keep running!

It does! Start your music, start the App and start your run. You'll do great.. Clair keeps track of when to walk and when to jog.

Re: Week 9
... and done! W9R3 is complete. I started in April and was struggling with the 8 X 1 minute runs. I had some re-runs and days when I didn't have or make the time to run. But today I have graduated and can jog for 30 minutes without stopping!!

Re: Finished! Or have I...?
LOL. Darn squirrel. He must have been showing off. I'm like you. I'd like to run for 1 hour. I jog with my dogs and most 5Ks are not canine friendly so running 5Ks is not my goal. I would like to be able to run a 5K in a decent time though, with my pups right there with me!
