Should I skip some weeks?

Post by Lottietucker »

Just completed week 3 day 2 with some extra running tagged onto the end and then after a short break ran 1.3 miles straight with no walking in just under 18 mins. Should I continue going thru the plan or skip to week 5 where you run for 20 mins straight? Thanks for any input.

Heh. I never had that problem with the plan; I was usually lucky to finish any given day until the last couple of weeks, when I started feeling more confident, from what I remember. If you're feeling good about running and holding back is annoying you, then I doubt there's any harm in skipping forward. You can always skip backward again if you need to!
