Hi there just wanted to introduce myself. This is actually my third time doing c25k. Didn't finish first time as I got pregnant and second time due to injury but back at it now again!
I'm not over weight but I'm not fit and would love to lose about 10lbs.
Finished w2r2 last night and looking forward to finishing w2 tomorrow.
Never realised there was a forum linked to the app! Also didn't realise I could have 'run keeper' going in the background so I'll definitely do that tomorrow
