Thinking of skipping to week 3
Have done w1 and w2 r1. Think I will skip rest of week 2 tho as have my first 3 k coming up next week and want to put in some longer runs by then. Anyone else done this and regretted it?

Just done it and it felt fab.

I was thinking the same thing because weeks 1 and 2 were pretty easy even though I don't run at all!!! I figured I'd just follow the program to a 'T', but I think you could make the jump to 3 pretty easily.

I had been working out off and on so I started with Week 3. No problems so far. I just finished the week today. On to Week 4!
