does it count if you graduate early ?
i started this app on oct 27th and followed it religiously until today when i went out and useing the nike + app i ran 5k in 30 mins 35 sec on a rough undulating track.
i cant believe i have done it so early and put this down to the get running app starting me of slowly. i knew that after the week 4 run 3 that i could carry on and i was getting frustrated having to stop, so today i just decided that i was going to run 5k and i did. NOW WHAT though. i have enrolled in the great south run for next oct but its obviously to early to train for that. where should i be setting my sights. do i do a few more 5k's ? do i go for pb 5k's ? or do i stretch it to 6k and so on ?
