Hello All

Managed not only Week 6 run 3 but I got to 25 minutes and then 26 and just kept going. I managed 30 minutes.

Just goes to show, my mind just wanted to keep on going, but my legs didn't want to keep going.

Cheers

Hello all

Week 7 done. However really week 9 done. I got to 25 mins but just kept going to 30 mins. I now feel great after each run, well!! after I get my breath back. It's amazing, when I started the program I just couldn't imagine running for 5 mins never mind 30.

To all out there keep trying and good luck. If a 40 year old can do it so can you.

Cheers

Hello all

I've done it!!!!!!!!!!!!

Week 9 run 3. I've actually done 3 week 9s though. I just kept it up to 30 minutes.

I hope these posts have been of some use.

The 40 year old man has done it and is now officially a runner.

Good luck to all. I'll now be filling out the graduation posts.

Have a good um and enjoy the running, you'll feel better and fitter.
