About to Embark on Week 1 Day 1 tomorrow
I just downloaded the app on my phone this evening and am going to start tomorrow morning, but I must say Im a little nervous because Ive never been a runner and havent exercised for about 2.5 to 3 weeks. Although having said all that Im looking forward to it, especially after reading everyones postings. Wish me luck!

Thanks Radomangel!! I haven't really done any running before. I started my first run yesterday and encountered some ankle problems. I tried to push past it but it was just too bad so I had to walk . I think I'm going to have to make an apt with the podiatrist

How did it go Aggie? Are you up and running now? Hope so, I had a few weeks off cos of foot probs but am on it again now with suitable exercises!
