just done run 2 week one, in the second run something twanged in my lower right calf. it was pain full but i carried on and it eased. I have just finished stretching and its getting really sore now... any thoughts??
I am over 300lbs so i am not surprised my legs are complaining

I don't think anyone here is an official doctor (I'm definitely not!), so they can only give you thoughts. Do a Google for R.I.C.E. (rest, ice, compression & elevate) and do that – hopefully it'll minimise any damage you might have done (it won't cause damage if you've not done anything – not as far as I know anyway).
I'd strongly suggest that you don't run until any pain pretty much clears up, and do go and see a medical person of some kind if it doesn't clear up pretty quickly.
Hope it'll just heal quickly though.

thanks for the advice, i have indeed done the R.IC.E thing and i hope it will help. I am pretty sure its muscular and i hope it will fade quickly...... week 1 run 3 on thursday to do....
