Running outfits

Post by Tam »

Hi I just started using this app and am enjoying it so far, however I can't find good comfortable clothes to run in - I have tried leggings but they keep falling down and I tried shorts but they kept riding up. Any suggestions on good running bottoms?

I prefer shorts, but I've found they have to be long-legged shorts, otherwise they can ride up, yes -- maybe try something longer in the leg?

I'm just using track suit bottoms especially since it is still a bit cold x

Hi I have the same problem I'd find myself constantly pulling my clothes up/down while running. But they have these short spandex like leggings that hit just below the knees work really well. I have nikes but I've seen them at target too.

I use the nike ones aswell, but there are loads of different makes out there, check out sports direct. They always have running gear on cheap. Try and look for 'breathe right' (at least it sumat like that!) they help to draw the sweat away from your body and keep u cool!
Hope that helps!
