I've now finished Week 2 and am loving it!
I haven't run still school and that's 10 years go now. The thing is, after my runs and towards the end of them my shins start to hurt. Now I've investigated this and I think it's down to me being overweight but I'm slowly losing it.
My question is, are there any stretches which will be help my shins (and other parts!! ) to ensure I don't get injured and recover quicker!!
Many thanks - btw has anyone done Week3 Run 1 - I've just seen it includes a 3 minute run and I'm nervous!!
Lots of good stretching info here. You really really need to make sure you're stretching after running. Some people like to stretch before (but after warm up), others don't.

Also thank you so much for this app - it is brilliant and the coaching makes me so determined to finish! I've just completed week3 and I'm now scared of week4!!
