What to do?! Just after the second minute of run I got a really painful stitch :'( That was my very first day of using this app. I'd known before that I often get stitches while running but I didn't expect that it will start so quickly and will be so painful. Please help me, am I doing something wrong? Breathing maybe? Or should I just visit a doctor? I want to slim down a bit but I don't want to suffer so much... If it helps I'm female, 16 yrs old. And I'm not overweight.
And sorry for my English, sometimes it can be hard to understand ^^.

Thank you so much! I didn't know this problem is actually pretty common
just had to translate some unknown words like eg ligaments... But apart of that these tips are really useful!! I'll try to introduce them into tomorrow's run
