Well, the run in Wales was tough again, but my last jog last night went well. I paced myself and was able to do it, even if it wasn't particularly quickly!

Well done, I completed week 3 day 1 today and found the last 3 minutes difficult so I slowed down, I probably run too fast initially then get tired.
I find the trick for me is a slow steady pace, if you watch most people who run all thetime they have a slow steady pace.
