Week 1 Run 3 - Done
Well i've completed my first week and already feel better, I think so far it's psychological but it's definitely improved my energy! Looking forward to week 2, although i won't lie about being apprehensive about increasing the running times! Doing race for life in July though so need to be able to do it. Fingers crossed in 9 weeks time i'll be a pro!

Well done! I've just finished wk 1 too. I'm also quite nervous about the increased running time when I do wk 2 run 1 tomorrow! Good luck. x

I just completed my first week 2 run - not TOO bad but I had to do it in the rain!! Hope yours went well! x

Weird! I did my first wk 2 run today too! Also in the rain! I didn't think it was too bad either. I'm trying to drop a dress size and tone up a bit. Hubbie deployed out in Afghanistan and I'd like to be abe to go out running with him and keep up when he comes back. He's not home til November so got a while yet and this is keeping me busy. Day off tomorrow and then run 2 on Wednesday for both of us! Good luck. xx

Run 2 of week 2 over, didn't especially enjoy it at first but actually felt better the further I got into it!! I'm generally doing running to get fit, haven't done any form of exercise in quite a few years, I just booked a holiday for august and decided nows the time to try and get my perfect bikini body! Since then I've signed up for 5k race for life in July so now I have a goal too!! Hope your run went well today! xx
