Week 3 run 1 done!

Well despite the extreme wind, I still got out this evening for my first run of week 3! I was a little bit apprehensive about the 3 minutes, but I did ok! The first one was harder than the second- however I think I was being blown with the wind a little on the 2nd 3 mins!! Still can't believe I'm motivating myself enough to go out so regularly, I never thought I had it in me but now I'm almost looking forward to go out! Happy days!

Good luck :) when I did week three I found it tough for the first two runs. The key was pacing yourself. If you do that properly, you'll surprise yourself in week 4! :)

I have also just finished run 1 week 3, and struggled on run 1 found the second 3 mins easier! Amreally impressed how much I've improved from day 1 week 1 lol run 2 of week 3 tomorrow and looking forward to it xx :?
