Hi All,
I downloaded the app last week and looked at/listened to first day to assess what I was up against but now I can't figure out how to return to the start as I want to start my first run tomorrow! Eeeeek! Can anyone help?

I believe that if you hit the settings icon (the cogs) in the bottom right hand corner and scroll down to Run Log you can use that to delete any unwanted runs.
