Terrified for my next run!
I just finished Week 3 this morning. I'm terrified to begin Week 4. I simply cannot imagine running for 5 whole minutes. Part of my problem is that I'm overweight. My legs and feet have started to hurt during my runs. My other worry is that the three minute runs never got any easier this week. I know I can repeat the week, but I'm not sure it will be any less scary a week from now. Help?

I think for you, this is just a mental roadblock. Start week 4, and if you struggle, then you can redo week 3. You shouldn't fear running for that long, if you have never tried!

I felt exactly the same! I run outdoors and have struggled with hills(slight hills I live in Suffolk!) I did week 4 run 1 today and did it. I had been dreading it but decided to not think about how Many minutes left to run but just go for it. Good luck, im sure you can do it.

You can do it!! It's all quite scary. But I promise it does get easier
